Our Macmerry showroom, just outside Edinburgh, is unlike any other. Home to Scotland’s first dedicated Swim Spa Centre, with four swim spas available to wet test, customers can truly try before they buy. Our extensive showroom also features 17 hot tubs, 4 saunas, 2 chill tubs, a Hot Tub Covana, Swim Spa Covana and upgraded changing facilities. We’ve created a complete wellness destination where customers can experience this all under one roof.

What makes our showroom special is that we have created an experience that customers simply cannot replicate elsewhere. Our biggest point of difference is Scotland’s first dedicated Swim Spa Centre, where four different swim spas are available to wet test. Customers can experience the size, swim current, features and comfort for themselves, giving them genuine choice and confidence before making a purchase.Alongside this, our 17 hot tubs provide a huge variety of sizes, specifications and features, with selected models available to wet test. We have also brought 4 saunas, 2 chill tubs and 2 Covanas into the experience, creating a complete destination for home wellness rather than focusing on one product category. We also have heat pumps available to view, giving customers an option to explore more energy-efficient ways to help manage their running costs.Getting the Swim Spa Centre to this point was not without its challenges. Bringing four large swim spas into the centre required careful planning and problem-solving, including finding a safe and practical way to manoeuvre and crane the spas into position. Their size and weight meant we had to carefully consider access, positioning and installation to make the concept work withi

The inspiration behind our showroom was simple: we wanted to create somewhere customers could experience the full world of home wellness, rather than simply look at products on a showroom floor. The Swim Spa Centre was developed around giving customers genuine choice and the opportunity to experience the products first-hand. We wanted four different swim spas available to wet test, allowing customers to compare different options, features and specifications and find the one that best suited their lifestyle and needs. We took the same approach with our hot tub showroom, creating a varied selection across different sizes, layouts, features and specifications. We also have hot tubs available to wet test, giving customers the confidence to experience the comfort and features before making such a significant purchase. We wanted the wellness experience to go beyond hot tubs and swim spas, so we introduced chill tubs and saunas that customers can also experience. Every element of the showroom was designed with the customer journey in mind: arrive, explore, compare, try and ultimately find the right wellness solution for them. Our aim was to create a destination that offers choice and an experience customers simply cannot get elsewhere.
