A small but mighty team of 6, a force to be reckoned with, nothing is impossible and always with a smile on their faces. We started as a small family business and now have grown to an extended family within and they really are the dream team. Honourable Mentions Joyce “Accounts” Greg “Manager/Director” Nick “Hot tub technician” Antony “Lead hot tub engineer” Callum “Trainee technician” Thomas “Trainee technician”

The team can only be described as amazing as every day they make customers garden goals and dreams come true, nothing is truly impossible with these guys. These Hot Tub Guys are constantly going above and beyond by exceeding expectations and also giving expert advice and guidance with care. The journey from enquiry to a customers idea coming to life are so well planned and executed. They do not go home until the job is done, always thinking about the customer and their needs first above their own, to give an example the team are always making new procedures and ideas on how to make it smoother and safer for all our customers, they mostly do this between themselves of their owns backs because they really do care. The reviews speak for themselves, over 200 positive reviews over 5 platforms, they are constantly getting positive feedback and they thrive on that, it has become a bit of a competition to see who can get the most mentions within the team. I have witnessed many occasions where home time has came and gone but they will carry on until the customer is happy and all questions have been answered, we couldn’t ask for a better team and truly deserve the recognition of Team of the year 2024.

Our team is always striving for more, completing internal training on a monthly basis, weekly audits and at the front of their mind is always safety. The list goes on and the team have worked so hard to get where we are now, it’s not a team, it’s a family
