Guncast and the hotel’s architects shaped a tranquil, space‑efficient wellness environment, reflecting KLAFS’ hallmark of immersive thermal design. Combining Guncast engineering with KLAFS’ world‑leading sauna and spa innovation, The Newman Hotel now offers a complete thermal journey, uniting refined materials, tailored experiences and five‑star operational performance within a boutique urban setting.

KLAFS and Guncast delivered a full thermal suite: a bespoke sauna, illuminated steam room, London’s first ICE LOUNGE with POLARIS fountain, a KLAFS Salt Room, experience showers, treatment steam showers, a salt‑brick feature wall, a vitality pool and a 3.7 x 3.3 m hydrotherapy pool. A rooftop KLAFS TALO sauna adds a private, elevated heat experience across the wellness journey.
