Grace Kearns Dolphin Square
Set within Dolphin Square, a residential complex in the heart of London, APP undertook a full commercial pool refurbishment following the failure of a previous renewal. Working within the original 1930s pool structure, APP delivered a new pool system alongside refreshed sauna and steam facilities, overcoming significant structural and plant challenges.
Kirsty Bishop Lancing College
Lancing College’s 45-year-old, 25m pool needed more than a cosmetic refurbishment. The project addressed existing circulation-design issues, brought the treatment system into line with current standards and increased the pool’s usability. Over nine months, Hydrospec renewed the pool finishes and installed new filtration and controls while retaining existing plant that remained in good condition.
Gary Cheek Luminous Wellness Pool
This project is a showcase of how expert refurbishment can breathe new life into a commercial pool. By blending technical renewal with hydrotherapy features, bespoke wooden in-pool loungers, multi-coloured lighting, and bold design choices, the facility has been transformed into a contemporary, energy-efficient, and commercially valuable space. It is a project that not only meets but exceeds modern expectations, making it a worthy contender in the Pool & Spa Awards.
James Chapman Riverhills Health Club and Spa
Following a devastating fire, Riverhills Health Club was rebuilt around its retained swimming pool shell. NSP transformed the aquatic facilities with redesigned commercial hydraulics, filtration and treatment, plus new deck-level spa and vitality pools. The result is a calm, high-quality hospitality environment delivering improved water quality, reliability and member experience, which quickly supported a full new-member allocation.
