High-rise engineering: Building a full-scale lap pool and hydrotherapy spa on a high floor within a residential skyscraper presented complex design considerations, including the use of the Steuler membrane, water loss management in the event of a catastrophic pipeline failure. Execution of the project was considerably more complex at the 43rd floor, with the concrete praying equipment being craned up and down, and the concrete being lifted in hoppers, requiring a particularly precise concrete delivery arrangment.Integrated level deck finish: The main lap pool features a clean deck-level overflow channel with stainless steel drainage grates, aligning flush with the surrounding porcelain flooring to accentuate the seamless mirror-like water surface.Bespoke Circular Spa Feature: The circular vitality spa serves as a focal relaxation zone, complete with perimeter bench seating, submerged hydrotherapy jets, and a dedicated circular halo mirror fixture suspended directly overhead.Dual-Lighting Ambience: Designed to transform effortlessly from day to night. Integrated perimeter LED coves, underwater spotlights, and warm column uplighting convert the bright, sky-lit day spa into a glowing golden evening lounge.

High-fashion botanical concept: Designed in collaboration with Versace, the space merges dynamic high-rise architecture with a lush, tropical oasis theme. Warm golden palm-frond wall coverings and clad structural columns wrap the room, softened by dense indoor potted flora. Reflective ceiling: A defining feature of the design is the gold-tinted mirrored stretch ceiling running above the pool. This mirrors the water's surface, surrounding greenery, and skyline light, creating an expansive sense of vertical height, and pays real dividends in the evening as the dropping sun reflects throughout the room and the pool water Custom Mosaic Craftsmanship: The circular spa tank and lap pool floor showcase intricate mosaic artwork depicting palm fronds, custom-fitted into the tile bed to harmonize the underwater surfaces with the surrounding wall and ceiling motifs.

The pool also benefits from a complete Steuler membrane throughout, extending across the surround, to ensure 100% waterproofing. Tiles are all individually hand cut and laid, to a Versace design. Tile origin is a private quarry in Turkey.
