The brief was very straight forward. The pool is broken help!!!

We restored the hydrolic floor and installed sonar sensors, water pumps and a self levelling system. Replaced tiles and stored tiles on top of the floor which have insulating qualities with rubber gasket grouting. When it comes to the plant room we are now running the pool off a space satellite dosing system with new Afm media filter, inverter pump and uv light. The pool is run all year round on a mixture of a new calorex air source heat pump with a heat exchange back up system. The hot tub and plunge pool are both operated on salt water mr light system on Afm media filters. The problems I had to overcome were substantial. I couldn’t get a digger into the garden I had to hand dig absolutely everything. Every pipe was leaking, the shell was leaking.The hydrolic floor was faulty. The plant room was so wrong. Pretty much every problem you could think of as a pool builder I had to over come. Many evenings thinking about the next day!!All materials were supplied by Certikin.

I went round for one day to pressure test the pool as it was about 2feet under the skimmers. The bayroll system was screaming every time the client went into the plant room! After a pressure test no line held any pressure. I reported this and he gave me the green light straight away. I had to Dig a trench around the pool and get down to every fitting and re pipe back to plant room. New plant room, new equipment etc. when it came to the landscaping he decided that he wanted a hot tub and cold plunge. So the work continued. I installed and new hot tub and cold plunge.
