Competition Terms
- Any entry that does not adhere to the rules and regulations of the competition may be disqualified.
- The competition organisers make no assertion or indication that design, construction or safety considerations are evaluated in the course of the competition but any project known to not confirm to regulations will be automatically disqualified with no refund of entry fee.
- Projects/products/installations must have been completed during the five-year period prior to the entry deadline.
- An installation may be entered in more than one category.
- An installation may be resubmitted in subsequent competitions if it meets the competition eligibility and has not won an award in that category previously.
Photography Guidelines
- At least FIVE digital images and a maximum of TEN images. Each photo must show a different view of the installation. Please include at least ONE plant room image. (A plant room image will add points to your competition entry).
- Each photo must be in high resolution i.e. 300 DPI jpegs at least 500kb in size.
- Each photo to not exceed 2MB in size.
- Before and after pictures must be submitted for the Residential and Commercial Refurbishment categories.
- Images may not be enhanced or altered.
- Please note that any images submitted as part of an entry may be used for promotional purposes by the UK Pool & Spa Awards.

Cherry Blossom
This luxury hotel spa facility delivers a world-class wellness experience across multiple pool zones, including a grand indoor main pool, an indoor hydrotherapy vitality pool, and a courtyard outdoor pool. Set within an opulent interior clad in marble with cherry blossom feature trellises, the project combines high-end botanical aesthetics with heavy-duty commercial pool engineering.
Alex Angus Clarendon
Set within the basement of a prestigious central London residential development, Clarendon is a luxury residents’ pool and wellness facility where refined design meets high-performance commercial operation. Aqua Platinum Projects delivered specialist pool design expertise, coordinating bespoke finishes, waterproofing, filtration and water treatment to create a technically robust facility that complements the development’s sophisticated aesthetic.
Kirsty Bishop London Skyline
Located high above the city skyline on the 43rd floor, this luxury high-rise pool and spa suite blends haute couture aesthetics with high-level pool engineering. The facility features a sleek deck-level infinity lap pool paired with a custom circular spa, set against floor-to-ceiling panoramic city views. Inspired by tropical botanical luxury, the space boasts polished mirror ceiling features, bespoke palm-leaf wall cladding, leaf-pattern mosaic mosaic tank art, and an an adjoining sauna
Alex Angus Members Club - Cotswolds
This project delivered a new 10m x 7.5m commercial deck-level children's pool for an exclusive members' club in the Cotswolds. Designed specifically for younger members, the 0.9m–1.2m deep concrete tiled pool complements the club's existing adults-only pool. Working closely with the architect, the pool was designed to reflect the surrounding farmhouse and Cotswold character while meeting the demands of a commercial swimming environment, all within a four-month programme.
Luke Goddard Premier League Elite Performance Hydrotherapy & Recovery Suite
LUMA Pools delivered a complete elite-performance hydrotherapy installation comprising a HydroWorx 2000 Series and twin 12 × 16 ft Rejuvenate Pro Polar and Thermal pools. Combining variable-depth underwater treadmill rehabilitation, resistance therapy, hot and cold recovery, targeted hydro-massage and intelligent DMX lighting, the project creates one exceptional aquatic environment dedicated to professional athlete recovery and performance.
Christina Connor Riverhills Health Club and Spa
Following a devastating fire, Riverhills was rebuilt around the only retained element: its original pool shell. NSP redesigned and delivered the complete hydraulic and water-treatment system, new balance tanks, finishes, deck-level spa and vitality pool. Seven returns and eight low suctions transformed circulation, with commissioning confirming 100m³/h and a 1-2-hour turnover. The result is a modern, resilient commercial facility designed for water quality, flexibility and long-term operation.
Matthew Newson Seaham Hall Serenity Spa Infinity Pools
Castillo Pools designed, manufactured and installed two bespoke 3m x 7m structurally self-supporting stainless steel infinity-edge spas, alongside a 1.4m x 1.4m deck-level stainless steel plunge pool. The three installations were designed specifically for the Serenity Spa, creating a cohesive hot and cold-water experience. The two infinity spas are positioned at different elevations allowing their full-length infinity edges to create the illusion of water flowing from one spa into the other.
Beth Neely The Other House (Covent Garden)
A striking commercial indoor pool featuring an infinity edge and reflection tunnel, complemented by freeform entry steps and a bespoke grabrail. The project also incorporates bespoke wellness cabins, a multifunction experience shower and a fully integrated ventilation scheme, creating a high-performance leisure environment where design, engineering and user experience are seamlessly combined.
Kirsty Bishop The Woodland Spa
The Woodland Spa showcases Guncast’s technical excellence with a 14.6m level‑deck vitality pool at 36°C, paired with KLAFS thermal experiences including a sanarium, ice lounge and experience showers. A 12m rooftop infinity vitality pool extends the journey outdoors. Thoughtful integration of hydrotherapy, cooling and multisensory elements creates a seamless, high‑performance wellness environment.
Rebecca Nelson Third Space Whiteleys
Aquascapes delivered Third Space at The Whiteley as a complete specialist wet-leisure design-and-build package within the Grade II-listed former Whiteleys department store. The scheme includes an 18m x 6m three-lane pool, bespoke hydrotherapy, 4–8°C ice bath, saunas, steam room and advanced filtration, UV, chemical dosing, environmental control and SwimEye safety systems, all successfully handed over in February 2026.
Sally Ansell Unity Beach
One of the largest One Pools manufactured to date, this 20M x 10M commercial pool combines a 15M x 10M main swimming area with a 5M x 10M children’s splash pool. Manufactured at our factory in eight sections, the structure was assembled, and the joints were tiled and finished on site. A bespoke three-colour mosaic stripe design creates a distinctive finish across this large-scale holiday park pool.
