A luxury home wellness installation created for the Walker family, featuring the impressive Vector 174 Kona Swim Spa, complemented by a Covana Legend automated cover. Designed for all round swimming, hydrotherapy and relaxation, the project combines performance, practicality and contemporary design to create a private wellness retreat at home

This project stands out because it demonstrates how a swim spa can become much more than a place to swim. For the Walker family, we created a complete, year-round home wellness experience that brings together exercise, hydrotherapy, relaxation and family time in one beautifully considered installation.At the heart of the project is the Marquis Vector 174 Kona, a substantial 6,057-litre swim spa offering a dedicated swimming experience alongside four multilevel hydrotherapy seats and 27 JetPods. This gives the family the versatility to move from exercise and resistance swimming to recovery and relaxation within the same space.A major feature of the project is the Covana Legend. Rather than installing a conventional swim spa cover or constructing a permanent enclosure, the automated Covana provides both. When lowered, it securely covers and insulates the swim spa; at the touch of a button, it raises to create an elegant gazebo above the water. This dramatically improves accessibility and makes year-round use far more practical.Careful planning was required to ensure the size and positioning of the swim spa, access, electrical requirements and Covana installation all worked together while complementing the surrounding garden.

The inspirations to create a private, year round wellness and exercise space that felt a natural extension of the Walker family's home and garden. We worked closely with the family to work closely with the family from the initial consultation, listening to how they wanted to use the space for swimming, hydrotherapy, relaxation and the family time. The Vector 174 Kona was selected for its combination of a powerful swim performance, and therapeutic seating. We then incorporated the Covana Legend to provide an elegant, practical solution for security, insulation and weather protection, while transforming into a stylish gazebo at the touch of a button. Every element was considered around the family's lifestyle, the available space and ease of everyday use, resulting in bespoke wellness area that can be enjoyed all year round.

he Walker family wanted more than a traditional swim spa; the brief was to create a private, year-round wellness space combining swimming, exercise, hydrotherapy and relaxation within their own garden. Working closely with the family, we considered how they wanted to use the space, the available footprint and how the swim spa would integrate into the finished garden. The Marquis Vector 174 Kona was selected for its generous 6,057-litre capacity, dedicated swimming area, four multilevel hydrotherapy seats and 27 JetPods, providing both performance and relaxation in one installation. The V174k has dual filtration of 180sqft along with spa touch 3 topside and fully foamed for exceptional insulation. The Covana Legend was an important part of the design, providing an automated cover when closed and transforming into a protective gazebo when raised. This allowed us to create a practical, secure and highly usable all-season space without the visual impact of a permanent building. The result is a bespoke home wellness retreat designed around the Walker family’s lifestyle, combining performance, hydrotherapy, privacy and year-round usability.
