Designed and manufactured for Manor House Hotel & Spa, this bespoke 5.7m x 3.5m commercial vitality spa features curved massage seating, walk-in steps and a stainless steel handrail. Manufactured as a one-piece spa and semi-sunken on site, it uses an innovative magnesium-based water system, making it one of only a small number of commercial spas in the UK to offer this distinctive wellness experience.

What sets this project apart is the combination of bespoke manufacturing, commercial vitality spa design and the unusual magnesium water system. Its construction is also another significant feature. Despite its size and complex internal geometry, the entire spa was manufactured in one piece at our factory. The manufacturing process provided a high level of quality control before the spa ever arrived at the hotel.

The design was centred around creating a sociable commercial vitality spa that could accommodate multiple hotel and spa guests while still providing distinct areas for relaxation and massage. Rather than using straight bench seating, two large curved seating areas were incorporated into the spa. The configurations soften the overall appearance and create a more natural seating arrangement. Massage jets are positioned throughout these areas to provide the hydrotherapy element. Wide walk-in steps provide a gradual and practical entrance into the water, while the addition of a stainless-steel handrail offers further support.
