This project was an upgrade for a couple who are avid gardeners and passionate about outdoor living. Having owned a spa previously, they wanted a higher-specification model with precise water chemistry control. They selected the Cascade for its premium engineering, creating a solution that sits beautifully in their green space and gives them a reliable, high-end spot to unwind together after a long day working outdoors.

This project shows the real value of building long-term relationships with customers. Because we have known this couple for years, we knew exactly how to help them upgrade to a spa that fits their lifestyle. By pairing the Cascade’s high-end hydrotherapy and smart chemistry app with their beautifully tended garden, the installation achieves a perfect balance. The stunning nighttime photograph they sent us proves how much they trust our team and love the finished result.

The placement was chosen to sit in harmony with the couple’s mature garden. They selected the Cascade for its clean aesthetics, featuring a Lunar Grey cabinet that complements the surrounding planting. The layout offers two hydrotherapy loungers and three sculpted seats, complete with ultra-slimline jets. As seen in the nighttime photograph the owners kindly shared for this entry, the magnetic downlit cup holders and lighting create a beautiful, tranquil atmosphere after dark.

Built for performance and efficiency, the spa features 45 low-profile jets powered by three 3HP pumps, including an advanced Variable Massage Sequence (VMS) system. Water clarity is managed via UV/Ozone purification, alongside a smart inline water app that sends real-time pH and chlorine data straight to the owner's phone. The structure is built to last in the British climate using full-foam AQ10 insulation, a stainless steel frame, and an ABS base pan.
